We share with you a first example of the month of November: a Video of the Automated Maintenance Line of the Andina Argentina Workshop. Another example will be released even this week.
Andina Argentina is the largest bottler in its country, with headquarters in Córdoba. A few years ago they have been working on the maintenance line project and now in 2020 they are finishing the first stage, ready to attend to all the services to be carried out in the workshop. In the future the idea is to expand for all the necessary movements in the warehouse.
The CDE flow is key to carrying out an optimized service with more efficiency, ergonomics and agility, being a reference and best practice.

We share with you the example of the month of July of Embol: the creation of the CDE website and the development of a visual and 3D communication of the entire planogram and PICOS of equipment in the POS.
The initiative is fully digital in spirit and has been developed during this very complex period.
CDE's Website was developed on Embol's own official site and is available to all internal staff and clients. The official QR Code is being communicated to everyone.

The planogram and PICOS was made available in video format for the internal team to have access to the directions in a clear and visual way of executing the CDE at the POS.

It is with great pleasure that we communicate to all of the Latam community the presentation of the E2E Program in the Global Growth Talks of the Coca-Cola company.
It is a monthly routine with leaders and representatives of the system from all over the world, in which a good practice around the globe is highlighted.
This month the E2E Program was invited to present all the work carried out in the southern region in recent years and that is now being implemented throughout Latam.
Explaining the history of creation of the diagnosis, gathering cases of good practices evidenced in various Bottlers, which cover processes of all the points involved in the EDF Area, from the purchase of assets to the end of their useful life.
People from all over the world were able to look at the work and understand how we implemented the project, transforming the EDF Area from a technical team to an income area, where the teams sell more!
