Circular economy, Top Model and Cooler Master are highlights at the event
Another edition of Call Comunidade was held for the Latam community. The event, which always seeks to revolutionize the management of coolers, brought inspiring cases such as low cost businesses to increase sales and the practice of sustainability in the disposal procedure of CDEs.
To open the Call Community, Coolers League gave each member their own avatar and representation within the community, according to their main characteristic within the program, forming one big team.
Top Model: small cooler cost and big cooler benefit
The manager of Market Assets Latam, Romero Moura, presented the Top Model, a cooler aimed at "bronze" customers, a profile of smaller retailers who cannot afford high maintenance and energy costs, besides not having enough internal space available. The model meets these and other requirements and also facilitates cross merchandising, increasing sales. The project was developed together with the supplier Imbera.
Circular economy
Next, Femsa Mexico showed how the correct reuse and disposal of EDFs is carried out. So far, the circular economy project has saved more than 1.8 tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions and processed more than 3,500 tons of materials, fulfilling the commitment to decarbonization by 2030.
E2E Launches
During the event, Cooler Master, E2E's new project that breaks down Book 5.0 in audiovisual format, was announced to the community. It will allow bottlers and their employees to learn the best processes in cooler management from the excellence program in a practical way.
Another novelty was OnePager, a tool that brings together the main KPIs of cooler management and market in a single place, speeding up the obtaining and analysis of 22 indicators. Developed in Power BI, the page also provides comparisons with location and time filters.
