Event closes with two intense days of learning and exclusive contents

With more than 30 people gathered on October 13th and 20th, the workshop for the African community delivered knowledge and a lot of interactivity to the attendees with presentations and dynamics focused on the themes of innovation and sustainability, as well as social interaction games that brought members closer together. As usual, the event was also useful to get feedback about the program and outline future improvements for all bottlers.
2nd Workshop 2022 Presentation DAY 1 - V3
First day
The Coolers League kicked off the first day of the workshop. Each member got their own avatar and their representation within the community, according to their main characteristic within the program, forming one big team.
Presentations
Frigoglass, the supplier with the largest coverage in OR Africa, according to the latest evaluation, kicked off the presentations with a showroom, showcasing the growth of the refrigerated space and offering support for the needs of the African system. Next, the CCBA Kenya group, talked about the cooler verification system with V-TRAC technology, which scans CDE by QR CODE and has integration with SAP, as well as automatic alert generation one day after scanning. Tracking is done with two time cycles: six weeks and 365 calendar days.
Sustainability Tree
The concept of the tree was to understand, module by module of the E2E, what are the main sustainable actions and topics that can be proposed aiming at the achievement of the general goals aligned with the OU.
Second day
The second part of the event maintained the high level of presentations and entertainment for the participants. Opening the round of lectures, Equatorial Coca Cola Bottler Company (ECCBC), leader in sustainable processes, showed its strategy to improve the energy efficiency of coolers by 2030. One of the pillars that involves the company's CDE area is climate, the intention is to create more value with less energy, preserving the environment and driving efficiency and innovation.

ECCBC's plan also includes reducing the total energy consumed by chillers by testing and expanding solar cooling within the park and replacing old equipment with new energy-efficient ones, aiming for carbon footprint offsetting planning.
Savings incubator
Another highlight of the second day was the exercise of creating the savings tool most suited to the needs of the operations in Africa. The goal is to make it available on the portal so that bottlers can reproduce, with higher quality, the reality of their management. The new simulator is scheduled for the end of this year.
Finishing the last day of the workshop with a lot of knowledge, the last two cases were about connectivity, by Penbev, and technical training, by CCBSA, which has technicians allocated 100% on content creation and video uploading on the company's website, detailing how to perform different repair procedures, besides the mobile training units that travel around the country.
